Terms And Conditions

Business entity/salon owner agrees to:

• Ensure compliance of terms and conditions for all employees and acknowledges that noncompliance could result in termination of the relationship.
• Only sell Cosmetic Alchemy Products to bonafide customers and will not divert, redistribute, or sell on any auction sites such as Amazon or eBay.
• Not remove or tamper with any batch numbers, tracking codes, or serial numbers applied to any Cosmetic Alchemy products.
• Maintain the integrity of Cosmetic Alchemy pricing.
• Receive communications from Cosmetic Alchemy and any of its business entities.
• Adhere to Cosmetic Alchemy brand standards and only use approved materials. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring all marketing collateral is updated in a timely manner.
• Recognize that all promotional opening orders are only one per customer.
